Dear Visitor,

Welcome to the Church of Grace Village! Thank you for visiting our web site, I trust it will be an informative overview of our identity as a church community and ministry vision.

Our mission as a church is to make visible the invisible power and presence of God’s kingdom; a kingdom where grace abounds to the broken, compassion engages the suffering, and gospel love pursues the reckless and rebellious. We celebrate the Sovereign Grace of God, are Summoned to Greater Purpose, Invited to Fearless Mission, and find our true rest in the Relentless Tenderness of Jesus Christ.

As a community growing in “Body Life” together, our desire is to honor our elderly, cherish our children, inspire our youth, equip our parents, and support our caregivers. We pursue the lonely and discouraged, defend the weak and vulnerable, and uplift the crushed and downtrodden. To the weary and worn-out we offer a safe place to receive the healing grace of gospel rest.

Our long range vision is to establish a permanent church home on the property we own (5866 Edmondson Pike) in the midst of a “grace village”, a series of four group homes built and designed to serve the various needs of those in crisis. They include a group home for young girls, hospice care for the sick, a Palmer Home for orphan care, and a Counseling Center to support the emotional, spiritual, and psychological needs of the “Village”. Thank you again for your interest in this unique mission and vision.

If such a community awakens a longing in your heart we would invite you to come visit us on Sunday morning.
